The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has published the latest list of companies that have met their statutory filing obligations. The office has provided the public with an official record of firms that are compliant with Ghana’s corporate regulations, for businesses and investors.
The list, contained in Companies Bulletin Volume 42, identifies companies that were in good standing as at the end of the first quarter of 2026, pursuant to Section 126(5) of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
According to the ORC, the publication confirms that the listed companies have duly filed their Annual Returns and complied with the statutory filing requirements of the Registrar of Companies.

The release of the bulletin is expected to provide greater assurance to investors, financial institutions, suppliers and other stakeholders who rely on accurate corporate records when conducting business transactions.
Under the Companies Act, companies are required to file annual returns to keep their records up to date and maintain their legal status. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in penalties and may affect a company’s standing with the Registrar.
The ORC said the bulletin serves as an official reference point for verifying the compliance status of registered companies and encourages businesses to ensure that their statutory obligations are fulfilled on time.

The Companies Bulletin is published under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and forms part of the ORC’s mandate to maintain an accurate and accessible register of companies operating in Ghana.
