ORC Takes Business Registration Clinic to Hohoe
The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) will organise a five-day Business Registration and Sensitisation Clinic in Hohoe from October 12 to 16, 2026, to bring business registration and advisory services closer to residents.
The clinic, which will take place at the Audit Service premises opposite the Assembly Stores and will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
It noted that, the initiative will provide residents with access to on-the-spot business registration, renewal of existing businesses and free business advisory services.
“The ORC is also expected to sensitise prospective and existing business owners on registration requirements and other issues relating to formalising and maintaining their businesses”,it stated.
According to ORC, persons seeking to register a business have been advised to bring their Ghana Card, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), GPS address, residential and business addresses, and proposed business name.
“Existing businesses seeking renewal are required to bring a copy of their business registration certificate”, it said.
The Office said, the clinic forms part of the ORC’s efforts to make its services more accessible to businesses and prospective entrepreneurs outside Accra.
The Registrar’s office has encouraged residents and business owners in Hohoe and surrounding communities to take advantage of the clinic to regularise their businesses and access advisory support.
