ORC to Hold Business Registration and Sensitisation Clinic in Bolgatanga
The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) will organise a four-day Business Registration and Sensitisation Clinic in Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region from November 16 to 19, 2026, to bring its services closer to entrepreneurs and business owners.
The clinic, which will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., will provide on-the-spot business registration, renewal services and free business advisory support.
The exercise will take place in front of the National Communications Authority (NCA) Tower, opposite the Public Works Department along the Regional Hospital Road in Bolgatanga.
According to the ORC, the initiative forms part of efforts to improve access to its services and educate the public on the processes and requirements for formalising businesses.
Applicants seeking to register their businesses are required to present their Ghana Card, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), GPS address, residential and business addresses, as well as their proposed business name.
Existing business owners wishing to renew their registrations are also required to present copies of their business registration certificates.
The ORC has encouraged entrepreneurs, traders and prospective business owners in Bolgatanga and surrounding communities to take advantage of the opportunity to access services and receive guidance on business-related matters.
