The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, through its Single Window Citizens Engagement Services (SWCES), has stepped up a nationwide sensitization campaign.
The initiative seeks to educate the public about the SWCES platform, which serves as a one-stop center, including the Helpline of Hope, where citizens can easily access information, lodge complaints, and seek redress on matters relating to social protection programs.
Officials from the Ministry are urging all citizens, victims, and witnesses of any form of abuse to make use of the toll-free numbers 0800 800 800 and 0800 900 900 to report incidents and receive immediate assistance from the appropriate authorities.
