Health Ministry Opens Recruitment Portal for Medical Officers, Dentists
The Ministry of Health will open its recruitment portal on Tuesday, October 27, for the 36th batch of medical officers and dentists who have completed their housemanship and been verified by the Medical and Dental Council.
The recruitment exercise is aimed at filling staffing gaps in health facilities across the country, with qualified applicants required to apply online and select their preferred districts and agencies.
The portal, available at https://mohrecruitment.com, will open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and close on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
In a notice announcing the exercise, the Ministry urged eligible applicants to follow the instructions on the portal and complete their applications within the stipulated period.
It also cautioned applicants against fraudsters who may demand money under the pretext of helping them secure placement, stressing that the recruitment process is transparent and free of charge.
The Ministry advised applicants not to make any payment at any stage of the process and encouraged them to rely solely on the official recruitment portal for their applications.
